A patch test is required before laser treatment and may be required for other treatments. It must be completed within the timeframe provided by the clinic.

Please bring an up-to-date list of medications and relevant medical information. Arrive with the treatment area clean and follow any preparation guidance sent with your appointment.

Some treatments are not offered during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please disclose this when booking so Ruby can advise on suitable next steps.

Tell the clinic before every appointment. Even a short course of medication or a change in skin condition can affect whether treatment should go ahead.

Please arrive on time. Arriving very early may not be possible to accommodate, while late arrival can shorten the appointment or require rescheduling.

Yes, but please tell Ruby before your appointment. For space and safety, your guest must remain seated in the treatment room while treatment is being performed. Children under 18 are not permitted in the treatment room.

Yes. You will receive a confirmation email after booking and a reminder email two days before your appointment. Keep your contact details up to date and complete any consent forms included in those emails before you arrive.
