Lesion care
CryoPen.
A focused treatment and top-up option for suitable, previously identified benign cosmetic concerns following individual assessment.
The treatment
Precise treatment.
Suitability first.
CryoPen applies controlled freezing to a small, targeted area. Treatment is only considered after Ruby has assessed suitability and confirmed that the concern is appropriate for cosmetic treatment.
Not every mark or lesion should be treated cosmetically. If an area is new, changing, painful, bleeding, persistent or uncertain, you will be directed to your GP or an appropriate medical professional before any appointment proceeds.
Common reasons for booking
- Small, suitable cosmetic concerns
- Focused treatment of an assessed area
- A planned top-up following review
- Clients who have completed suitability assessment

Treatment is offered only where the area is suitable following assessment.
Before your appointment
- Provide accurate information about the area and its history.
- Seek medical assessment first if the area is new or changing.
- Tell Ruby about relevant health conditions or medication.
- Do not irritate or pick the area before treatment.
After your appointment
A temporary local response is expected and the area may change appearance as it heals. Follow the written aftercare and avoid picking or interfering with the treated skin.
CryoPen is not a diagnostic service. Treatment will not proceed where the nature or suitability of a lesion is uncertain without appropriate medical assessment.
